A discussion on the relevance of the archive in visual art and cinema. The participants will discuss why working with archival material is still a rare phenomenon in Lithuania, and how this relates to the situation of accessibility of archives. They will also touch upon our relationship with the grand historical narrative and the visual interpretations of the archive to create a new and distinctive narrative.
